Donald Trump Attends Wake For Fallen NYPD Officer

Former President Donald Trump on Thursday attended a wake on Long Island for fallen New York City Police Officer Jonathan Diller.

"It's an honor for me to be here. This is a great family, the Diller family. I met the friends and I met every one of them inside. And these are just incredible people that are just devastated," Trump said.

Trump was one of many who gathered in Massapequa Park for the wake to remember Officer Diller, who was a 31-year-old married father of a one-year-old boy. Diller was killed earlier this week when he was shot during a traffic stop in Queens.

"Stephanie was just incredible. Their child, brand new, beautiful baby, sitting there innocent as can be and doesn't know how his life has been changed," Trump said.

Two suspects have been arrested and charged in connection with Diller's death. The wake continues on Friday and a funeral is scheduled for Saturday.
