Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and her ‘Green New Deal’ continued to come under fire this week, with a new study revealing the massive government program would likely cost every American family $65,000 per year.
Economists now believe the proposal -which includes universal healthcare, a federal jobs guarantee, affordable housing, child care, and more- would likely cost upwards of $93 trillion over the next ten years.
