Google revolutionized the internet with its search engine that made it easy for people to find any information they were looking for in a matter of seconds. They are continuing their pursuit for innovation as they jump into the world of AI as they try and make our searches even easier and more accessible. Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sunday nights, spoke with Mendte in the Morning about Google’s newest feature that makes searching even easier.
“Instead of the typical way you’d search, which is type in something, wait for an answer,” DeMuro told host Larry Mendte, “you can now just point your camera at something, or you can just ask a question and have that back and forth.”
DeMuro explained why the company is looking to innovate again: “ChatGPT may not be eating into them just yet…but the way people think about search is changing; they’re more looking for quick answers versus all those blue links that Google has served up for the last 20 years.”
