The United States carried out an air attack on multiple Iranian nuclear facilities Saturday night as Donald Trump looks to cripple their nuclear program. Reactions to the attack have been mixed on both sides of the political spectrum, with some wanting to avoid war, while others see Iran as a major threat. Natalie Migliore, WOR Reporter, spoke to Mendte in the Morning about the reactions she got from New Yorkers on the attack and Donald Trump.

“I really wish we would stay out of it to be honest… I wish we would focus more on the issues that are going on in this country,” one person told Migliore. “Whatever [Trump] has to do, he has to do to put this nation on track,” another New Yorker told Migliore.

While the threat of retaliation looms, some New Yorkers will be continuing with their daily life: “It is what it is; everything is a risk in life. You get up in the morning, you don’t know if you’re gonna make it.”
