Westchester County Executive George Latimer will be the Democratic nominee in the race for New York's 16th Congressional district.
Latimer easily beat incumbent Congressman Jamaal Bowman in a primary on Tuesday. Latimer won 58 percent of the vote compared to 41 percent for Bowman.
Despite the sizable win, Latimer told WOR's "Len Berman and Michael Riedel in the Morning" that Bowman didn't call to concede.
Money poured into the race with many viewing Bowman as being critical of Israel.
