Join by his sons Jesse (who cohosts the show with him) and Jarrod, Mark retraced his career from its start as a clerk in a clothing store to one of fashion's most influential executives. He discussed how important it is for brands to have sound legal guidance, thorough trademarks and contracts and fair conflict resolution.
