Host of the "Law and Crime Network" Jesse Weber stated being that Cuomo's court cases were dismissed it could discourage other victims in other similar cases from coming forward while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"The big issue is that this will discourage people from coming forward because they are going to feel like no one believes them or they can't prove their case in the court of law," said Jesse.
