Staten Island City Councilman Joe Borelli stated that Mayor De Blasio could be sensible and stop the city council by vetoing the bill that gives 800,000 non-citizens the right to vote.
"De Blasio has the opportunity to be sensible and constitutionally accurate. But if history is our guide he will only be foolish and chasing his next silly dream of becoming Governor," said Joe Borelli while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
