John Wisniewski, who served in the New Jersey State Assembly for 12 years, spoke to Len Berman and Michael Riedel about what is next for the newly re-elected Governor of NJ Phil Murphy.
"What Murphy can do will come down to what the legislature will agree to because in two years they will face legislative redistricting so they won't be anxious to take on big bold projects," said Wisniewski.
