The Empire Center For Public Policy has asked incoming Governor Kathy Hochul to conduct a complete investigation into outgoing Governor Cuomo's part in the thousands of nursing home deaths.
Bill Hammond of the Empire Center wrote in a report that Cuomo and his administration falsified the number of deaths and deliberately undercounted the victims. Hammond said Hochul must make sure a public health crisis like this never happens again.
