Republican Candidate for Mayor Curtis Sliwa said that we need a zero-tolerance policy to restore New York while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"We need to get emotionally disturbed people off the street and get them into facilities to help them. The police are not being asked to intervene with altercations to bring back zero tolerance, broken window theory, and quality of life and start arresting people," said Curtis.
