Republican Candidate for Governor Andrew Guiliani stated that for Sliwa to become mayor it will be an uphill battle while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"No doubt it will be an uphill battle like when my father won in 1993. It's going to take this coalition to bond together to say New York City is in such a bad place with shootings rising from year to year it's time for a change," said Guiliani.
