Candidate for Mayor Kathryn Garcia stated that we have far too many guns on the streets of New York City while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"We have far too many guns on the street and we know that they do come in when we do buybacks but it's also a multi-prong strategy. It is about also the NYPD doing the investigative work on those that are participating and perpetrating gun violence," said Garcia.
