Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said that America is policing on the cheap while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"Despite spending $100 billion on policing in America we are policing on the cheap the desire of police leaders is to get cops out on the cars and out on the street and not be sitting in classrooms. We don't train our police enough in the initials stages by cramming them with over a hundred different subjects in just over 8 weeks," said Bratton.
