Defense Attorney Jeffrey Lichtman stated that no evidence was ever presented during the Derek Chauvin trial that proved that he was a racist while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"There was never any evidence that Chauvin was a racist yet if you listened to all the pundits, all the media, Biden, and Maxine Waters they all said that Derek Chauvin was a racist. The fact is there wasn't a single bit of evidence of it. I'm sure if there was the prosecutors would have laid it out for the jurors," said Lichtman.
