ABC News Political Director Rick Klein stated that D.C. will never become a state while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"I understand the argument for it but it's a pipe dream for Democrats because it would be adding a democratic congressman and two democratic senators and until there are ten more dems to break the filibuster it's just not going to happen," said Klein.
