Former NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton said on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show that there is an immediate rushe to judgement when a police-involved shooting occurs.
"The problem is at the moment every time we have an incident no matter how justified it appears there is an immediate rush to judgement. If the individual that has been injured or shot is black right off the bat we have allegations of racism," says Commish Bratton.
