Former Governor of New York David Paterson said that everybody, including Cuomo, has the right to defend themselves when accused while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"I think that everybody who is accused in this country has a right to defend themselves. In other words, if just the accusation could get rid of somebody then we are a South American dictatorship where somebody wins an election and the next thing that happens they put their opponent in jail," says Gov. Paterson.
