Columnist for the New York Daily News Sam Schwartz aka Gridlock Sam says that congestion pricing does work!
"It works wonders. London did it in 2003 and the results have been very impressive," said Sam while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
Len asked Sam how it will work in New York and what the fee might be.
"If you stay on the FDR and the Henry Hudson Parkway you don't have to pay anything but once your tires enter the streets of the central business district you will be charged. What that charge is yet we don't know," says Sam.
