Political Commentator Rob Astorino said that Gov. Cuomo shouldn't still be in office while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"I think he should have resigned months ago because of what happened with the nursing home scandal. That's the big top number one issue we should all be talking about," said Astorino.
Len asked Rob if he will be running for Governor of New York.
"I am definitely moving forward with setting up an exploratory committee and I think that's the right thing to do at this point," said Rob.
