New York Assemblyman Ron Kim said that he will not be complicit in Governor Cuomo's cover-up of the nursing home scandal while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"Everyone knows about the berating, the threatening, telling that my career will be over if I don't issue a statement to counter what I heard. But that's like asking someone who saw a crime and telling them 'hey you didn't see that crime tell them you saw something else.' I will not be complicit in his cover-up or his web of lies," said Kim.
Berman asked Kim if he has heard from any other politicians who have had the same problems with Gov. Cuomo.
"Even his own staff members are calling my colleagues and thanking us for finally speaking up because they are scared. Even his closet people are texting saying please don't stop we have to get this person out of office," said Kim.
