Defense Attorney Jeffrey Lichtman said that he believes that Gov. Cuomo belongs in jail!
"He had that Javits boat. Do you know how many he put in there? Like zero. Instead he put sick elderly people back into nursing homes. This guy belongs in jail. He doesn't just need to be recalled or impeached. What he did was criminal there are no two ways about it," said Jeffrey while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
Michael asked Jeffrey if he thinks Gov. Cuomo will get away with this.
"I think he'll skate because he's a Cuomo and when you're a Cuomo you never admit you did anything wrong," said Jeffrey.
