Dr. Gregory Poland of the Mayo Clinic stated that the new UK strain of the Coronavirus will eventually be everywhere while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"It's in Georgia, Florida, Colorado, and New York (so far) which tells me that it will soon be everywhere. This is exactly what we have been talking about over the past months the more people that get infected by the virus the better chance it has to mutate. This version looks to be 50 to 70% more infectious and as a result, many more people will be hospitalized and die that didn't need to if we had done this right," said Dr. Poland.
Dr. Poland just recently received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine and Michael asked him if he had any side effects.
"Mild to moderate pain at the ejection site but nothing else," said Dr. Poland.
