Carla’s been hospitalized with coronavirus and, since he can’t go in to visit her, he’s doing the next best thing. He went into the hopital’s courtyard and started playing his accordion for her…”Spanish Eyes” by Englebert Humperdinck is one of her favorites. She heard the music, came to the window, and smiled to see him serenading her. It worked, too, because the day after she played his music for her she was released from the hospital’s care.
