An Amazon driver may want to think twice about using his GPS after getting into an accident on a golf course of all places.
The driver had a truck filled with deliveries at the Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Michigan when he apparently took a wrong turn down the cart path where the van became wedged in the golf cart tunnel leading from the club house to the course’s third nine. The driver said his GPS led him into the tunnel.
Country Club officials weren't all that happy as they had a wedding taking place at the club while the accident happened. They calmed down once they saw how shaken he was after getting a company vehicle stuck 6 feet into a tunnel. An Amazon supervisor showed up with another truck and transported the packages while a tow truck removed the van from the tunnel. Nobody was hurt during the incident.
