Political Commentator Chris Matthews said that he believes Joe Biden will win the election while on the "Len Berman & Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
"Unless something breaks in the President's favor I think Biden is going to win this thing. I think he is going to win a close election in Pennsylvania which will be the trickiest state for the Republicans," said Matthews.
Michael asked Chris how he thought Biden looked at the debate last night.
"Last night wasn't what it was supposed to be. We didn't get sleepy Joe he went toe to toe with Trump," said Matthews.
