Civil Rights Attorney Ron Kuby stated that CNN Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin doesn't have any legal way of getting his job back after being suspended for exposing himself on a Zoom chat.
"He doesn't have any first amendment right to have that job but he may have some contractual rights but every media contract that I know of has a morals clause that permits general suspension or termination for engaging in conduct that has a negative reflection on the organization," said Kuby while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
Ron went on to discuss the difference between Republican and Democrat sex scandals.
"When republicans have sex scandals at least they are with other people democrat sex scandals always seems to be sexting and texting but never have bodily fluids exchanged with another human," said Kuby.
