Newsday Mets Beatwriter Tim Healey said that today is a big change for the Mets and a big day for the Mets.
"It's a lot of money and very high evaluation for the team at $2.475 billion so (it's a) big day for the Mets, big change for the Mets and will see what happens now," said Healey while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
Len asked Tim why Steve Cohen spent all that money but wasn't able to buy SNY.
"It surprised a lot of people and yes it that would be Steve Cohen's ideal scenario to also have SNY but at no point during this where the Wilpon's willing to get rid of SNY," said Healey.
