"Stop, question, and frisk is an essential tool of the police, it was an essential took back in the 90's it's still today much reduced an essential tool to get crime under control," said Commissioner Bratton after Michael asked if stop, question, and frisk was one of the main reasons for getting the city back on the track in the 90's while on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show.
Len then asked Commissioner Bratton if stop, question, and frisk was used only in minority neighborhoods.
"The reason for that is, where did the crimes occur? Largely in black and brown neighborhoods that's what going on right now in Brooklyn and Bronx," said Commissioner Bratton.
