While Cohen says Trump "colluded" with Russians, he says it wasn't in the sophisticated way his opponents claim. “I also knew that the Mueller investigation was not a witch-hunt,” Cohen wrote in the excerpt. “Trump had cheated in the election, with Russian connivance, as you will discover in these pages, because doing anything — and I mean anything — to ‘win’ has always been his business model and way of life.”
Although he hasn’t provide specifics about the alleged collusion in the excerpt, it’s worth noting that the President has repeatedly denied any collusion with Russia. As for Cohen, he’s under house arrest as he serves a three-year sentence for lying to Congress and financial crimes.
