Comedian Sebastian Maniscalco was live this morning on the "Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning" show to talk about his new podcast (link below), what he's been doing with his time while in quarantine, and if he feels like he always has to be funny during a radio or talk show appearance.
"The misconception of comedians having an abundance of material during this pandemic is a lie. I don't know whats funny, what works, and whats what, until I get on stage and work these bits out. I have a lot of thoughts but I don't have anywhere to exercise those thoughts," said Maniscalco when asked by Michael what he is doing to stay in shape as a comedian during the pandemic.
Len asked if he ever feels like it's a burden for a comedian to be funny when he is on a morning talk show.
"Funny kind of just happens I don't look to go into anything being funny. I don't feel the pressure to be funny I actually get annoyed at the guy who is always trying to be funny," said Maniscalco.
