Outdoor dining and in-store shopping will finally be allowed in New York City starting on Monday! "Our neighborhood is going to come back to life," said owner Peter Madonia of Madonia Brother's Bakery to WOR's Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning show.
"It would have been nice to have more of an advanced warning but good entrepreneurs will be open Monday and will figure it out," said Peter when asked when he found out what the rules where for Mayor De Blasio's phase two plan. Michael went onto to ask if he believed whether or not the Mayor and Governor shut NYC down to early "as painful as it was I think it was right," said Peter.
