Co-founder of the Beach Boys, Rock N Roll Hall of Famer, and Grammy winner Mike Love called into Len Berman and Michael Riedel In The Morning to chat about his new single, the passing of Little Richard, and his work being able to cross generations. Len asked how do you account for your quality of work "I dunno people just of all generations seem to love the Beach Boys and I love that," said Mike. "We are approaching 6 decades of being on tour", he continued.
Len also asked what was the inspiration behind the new song "This Too Shall Pass", "mainly I was thinking of all the people affected by the shutdown and he wanted to give them a shout out," he said. He also told Len and Michael that all of the artist and record company royalties made from the song will be donated to Feeding America which is a Covid response fund.
