Voters will have their say for the first time in the 2020 Democratic primary season today as Iowa voters will gather to caucus across the state. In the Hawkeye State, polls show Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden as the frontrunners. Pete Buttigieg [[boot-edge-edge]] and Elizabeth Warren are also top candidates.
A win or a top three appearance would give candidates a boost as the primary season gets underway. Not there to help or hinder? the final Des Moines Register/CNN/Mediacom poll which was set to drop today. Officials with the paper say it will not be released after a respondent raised an issue.
Someone responding raised issue with the way the poll was administered. According to the “Des Moines Register,” the problem "appears to be isolated to one surveyor," but because they cannot confirm that with certainty, they will not release the poll.
