The oldest justice on the Supreme Court is out of the hospital.
A court spokeswoman confirmed yesterday that 86-year-old Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is now resting at home and doing well. Ginsburg had checked into Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Friday night after experiencing chills and a fever. She was given an IV and antibiotics that helped turn her around.
This is the latest health issue for RBG, who is being watched closely, as her death or retirement would give Donald Trump the chance to create an iron-clad conservative Supreme Court.
