A livery cab driver is expected to turn himself into authorities on Monday, after allegedly attacking a passenger in the Bronx.
The driver is accused of pulling a knife of the passenger, with video showing an altercation at a building on Webster Avenue.
The victim said he was stabbed and was treated at the hospital. The driver claimed he was the victim and that he had money stolen from him.
