Felicity Huffman Reports For Jail

Felicity Huffman reported for jail yesterday. She could’ve waited until the 25th to start serving her 14-day sentence, but she decided to go ahead and get it over with. She’ll be right outside San Francisco at the all-women Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin for the next two weeks.

As we told you, the “Desperate Housewives” star is in the big house for her part in the college admissions scandal. She pled guilty to charges stemming from her paying $15-thousand dollars to Rick Singer for allegedly boosting her daughter’s SAT scores. In addition to the prison time, she’ll also have to pay a $30-thousand dollar fine, have one year of supervised release, and put in 250 hours of community service.

Huffman will be known as Inmate Number 77806-112 for the next two weeks. She won’t get time off for good behavior in because it’s not available for sentences less than a year in the federal system.

According to reports, her day included a strip-search, meeting other inmates and a dinner of pepper steak. Going forward, her day will begin between 5am and 6:15am...and in bed by 9pm. Her waking hours will be filled with "a wide array of programs and activities."
