As expected, Cuba Gooding Jr. will be in court today. What no one really expected? That he'd be hit with more forcible touching charges related to the alleged attacks on two women. One was from June and an additional one was from October 2018 involving a different woman.
And get this, three more women have come forward to accuse the Oscar winner of a “pattern” of sexual misconduct in Manhattan bars and restaurants. According to one woman, he grabbed her behind in 2008 and another said he’d done the same thing five years later. The third woman’s situation is unknown. This brings the total number of women accusing to five. He’s denied all the claims.
According to Cuba’s lawyer, Mark Heller, while he’s aware of the new accusations, his client hasn’t been charged in those cases.
