Tropical Storm Dorian is gaining strength as it moves towards the Caribbean.
Forecasters believe the storm will reach hurricane strength by Tuesday, around the same time it's expected to reach the Lesser Antilles. The storm is expected to bring several inches of rain to the islands, as well as powerful winds. Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for the islands of Barbados, St. Lucia and St. Vincent.
Dorian, the 4th tropical storm of the season, is a concern for Puerto Rico, which is still recovering from Hurricane Maria in 2017, and early preperations have begun.
