A Florida man is under arrest after he was allegedly spotted naked, stealing underwear from a sex shop.
Police say they were called to an area of Wilton Manors, where citizens reported seeing a man riding around naked on a bike. This was before he reportedly entered a sex shop, stole some underwear and tried to pay for it with his bike.
Officers say the man left the store, but removed the underwear and flashed several passersby while walking down the street. The 38-year-old man, known only as "John Smith," now faces charges of lewd and lascivious conduct among others.
