Prince William knows that your whole mindset changes once you have children. The father-of-three recently visited the LGBTQ homeless youth organization Albert Kennedy Trust, where he said he’d be “absolutely fine” if his kids were LGBTQ.
Even if he and Kate Middleton are accepting, Will points out that he still has to consider how his kids would be “interpreted and seen” by the public – they are Royals, after all, all eyes are on them. So, he and Kate have been “doing a lot of talking” to prepare for such a possibility.
“I think communication is so important with everything,” he adds. “In order to help understand it you’ve got to talk a lot about stuff and… how to support each other and how to go through the process.”
