The ugliest dog in the world isā¦? Scamp the Tramp. Scamp came out on top as the winner of the "World's Ugliest Dog" contest on Friday, beating out 19 other contestants for the title at the Sonoma-Marin fair in Petaluma, California.
Scamp is defined by his untamable fur that dreadlocks all over his body. Scamp was a former stray on the streets of Compton, California. He and his human have won 15-hundred dollars to take home, 15-hundred dollars to donate to a shelter, a trip to New York City and more.
