OJ Simpson Is On Twitter

Twenty-five years after OJ Simpson was acquitted for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, he’s on Twitter. The 71-year-old made his social media debut with a video post saying that he’s got “a little gettin’ even to do.” He didn’t elaborate on what he meant by that, but he also promised to share his views on everything from sports to politics.

The Juice also reportedly told the Associated Press in a phone interview from a Las Vegas that it “will be a lot of fun.” He says that he has some things to straighten out. In his Twitter bio, he said, “If you don’t see it here, I didn’t say it.”

Simpson also posted a Fathers Day message on his account, which has about 553-thousand followers as of press time. You can follow him at @TheRealOJ32 and see both videos on the right.

Naturally, there are a lot of people who aren’t happy to see OJ show up on Twitter. Yashar Ali is one of them. When she discovered him, she decided to stage a protest by having people follow Kim Goldman (aka the sister of Ron Goldman, who was murdered along with Nicole Brown Simpson). She tweeted, “I see that the unrepentant murderer just joined Twitter. Can everyone do me a big favor? Please follow Ron Goldman’s sister, @KimEGoldman. She should have more followers than that monster.” As of press time, she had almost 42-thousand followers.
