Raptors Make History Win NBA Finals

The Toronto Raptors are giving Canada its first-ever NBA championship.

The Raptors held off Golden State in the final seconds to deny the Warriors a chance at a rare three-peat. Pascal Siakam and Kyle Lowry scored 26 points each as the Raptors won Game Six 114-110 in Oakland to clinch the series, four-games-to-two.

Kawhi Leonard finished with 22 points and nailed two free throws in the final second to clinch the game. He was named the MVP of the finals. Klay Thompson led all scorers with 30 points, but left late in the third quarter with a knee injury and didn't return.

Stephen Curry scored 21 points and missed a go-ahead three-pointer in the final seconds. Draymond Green posted a triple-double for Golden State, finishing with 11 points, 19 rebounds and 13 assists.
