The actress got emotional as she opened up about her own experience, revealing that she’s a date rape survivor. Her testimony was praised by Cuomo for being “brave and courageous.”
“I have never said that in public, because it is impossible to share those kinds of things,” she said. “You feel shame. You feel like it was somehow your fault.”
