A real estate broker Michael Rudder of Rudder Property Group said that one of his clients is considering buying the couch from his former Tribeca office.
“Definitely, nobody wants the couch. The circumstances surrounding it make people uncomfortable,” Rudder said.
“If we buy it, we’ll donate the couch to a shooting range.”
A company owned by both Harvey and his brother quietly put up the office for sale about 3 months ago.
