Fire Department Washes Fish Off Of I-40

 

The clean up has begun in Pender County, North Carolina clearing dead fish from the side of Interstate 40 over the weekend. The Penderlea Fire Department washed the fish away after they were left stranded on the interstate after the flood waters from Hurricane Florence receded.

The department said the section of I-40 was near Wallace.
