This ad has gone viral since realtor Holly Barr posted it this week. The 5,850 sq. ft. is listed at $800,000 but the kicker here is that it has a burned up house on the lot itself. Barr said that the future owner could either rebuild the house or knock it down completely and start from scratch.
Barr said "“[The previous owners] did leave it standing so you can remodel it versus tearing it down, so you save a lot of money when you can leave a wall up and do a remodel versus a complete teardown.”
Barr also said that since she posted this ad on Facebook she received messages from 10 potential buyers and expects to sell the lot within the next few days.
