The latest Apple MacBook comes in at a price of $599, offering a large cut to their previous cheapest version which sat at $999. The new product follows along with other products that Apple has recently announced that offer their technology and products at lower price points. Rich DeMuro, host of ‘Rich on Tech’ on WOR Sunday nights, talked with Mendte in the Morning about how the tech giant is able to offer their products for cheaper, and how this new MacBook model stacks up with other products.
“They have so much technology that’s been proven over the past maybe 5 years with their own chips that they can now make things at much cheaper prices,” DeMuro told host Larry Mendte. “I’ve been reviewing and testing computers for over a decade and this blows everything else out of the water.”
DeMuro believes the new MacBook is the perfect choice for anyone in the market: “You’re going to have to give me a reason not to recommend this laptop to just about anyone in the world; students, parents, someone who just needs a simple computer, because it does everything you need at such a good price.”
