Saturday Morning With Larry Mendte: The Media Is Twisting The Jobs Report

The economic pundits mostly predicted a cool financial forecast for the country before the new jobs report was released on Wednesday morning. Some predictions ranged as low as zero new jobs added to the economy for the new year, though most predictions saw a gain of 50-60,000 new jobs. Then the report came out- 130,000 jobs added to the American work force.

The White House has been ecstatic since that report’s release, yet it seems the only financial buzzword that much of the country is focused on is “affordability.” White House Deputy Press Secretary Kush Desai joins Larry Mendte tomorrow morning from 6-7am on “The WOR Saturday Morning Show” to explain why the pundits are twisting the news to fit the narrative they want. Don’t miss it!
